We will always uniform our pricing in each territory where Rossetti is available through our website or in your retail market. If you notice any discrepancies in such pricing in your territory, we encourage you to promptly contact us at servicedesk@rossettigroup.com. Should you not inform us before or after in 7 days of purchase we will not indemnify you and you hold us harmless against all losses, damages, costs, and expenses incurred as a result and take responsibility for purchase already made.

Prices may vary in different territories around the world.

Our payment page is integrated with the secure PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateway provided by Telr – Innovate Technologies FZCO to process your payment information in a secured standard encrypted form.

We are not involved in the communication between the payment gateway provider, debit/credit card host and your bank at time of payment. The entire payment transaction processing, verification, validation, and authorisation would be bound by the terms and conditions of the payment service provider, credit or debit card issuer and your bank policies. We will not be liable in any manner whatsoever, for any wrongful, unauthorised, erroneous or incorrect payment entered by you or the payment service provider or its authorised partners.

If you are unsure or have a complaint against the payment mechanism or functioning or malfunctioning of the payment modalities you are directed to your debit or credit card issuer or such approved payment service provider.

We accept payment by using Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards on the website and is only debited when stock is confirmed ready for dispatch. If you wish to order over the phone or through our dedicated WhatsApp service a secure payment link will be generated and sent in your email to complete the transaction. Please note all settlement currencies are made in AED. Should you wish to pay in your local currency our payment gateway will make settlement in AED at the prevailing exchange rate. Payment by bank transfer can only be made for orders over the phone or WhatsApp ordering service and goods will only be made ready for dispatch once funds are cleared.

Part of the OFAC policies, financial institutions and thier regulators administer and enforce economic and trade sanctions in support of U.S national security and foreign policy objectives. We comply by such directives and do not trade with the OFAC list of sanctioned countries, however this is ultimately governed by the financial institutions and thier regulators.

Our obligation to deliver your products on order shall only arise after receipt of payment is confirmed in our account. In the event short funds are received, we will have no obligation to deliver your ordered products and your order will be automatically cancelled.

Our aim is to deliver your order within the specified times after receipt of payment is confirmed subject to stock availability and customs/security clearances.

Whilst we make every effort to have your orders delivered by our nominated delivery partners within the time range as stated on our website, we will not be made liable for any loss caused as a result of a late delivery by the carrier actions beyond our control. We always encourage a call from you if you feel your order has taken longer than usual beyond a reasonable time of at least 7 working days.

All deliveries are made to one location at the address provided at time of order confirmation. We shall not be held liable for incorrectly entered delivery information for orders that as a result may have been damaged or missing in transit. We give you the opportunity to make 3 attempts for delivering your order with us. Any products returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, a customer failing to contact the courier or does not pick up the goods at a courier outlet branch requested, will have their order refunded by the price of the products on order less delivery charges incurred including any additional charges imposed by the courier for returning the goods. If a re-dispatch request is made for the retuned items an additional charge may be applied.

If our courier delivers any of your items that are damaged, incorrect or less than quantity as stated on your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at servicedesk@rossettigroup.com to ensure we are able to take prompt action. Please check your items carefully and do not sign for any packages that are damaged or may have been opened. Once the goods have been signed for, we cannot accept any liability for goods which are damaged or sent in error unless you notify us.

If you notify, our obligation will be at your option:

• To arrange delivery of any missing items on order
• To replace any damaged or manufactured defective goods within reasonable time when if possible
• To provide a refund to you of the problem item amount

We shall not be liable for any consequential loss, damage or expense from any problem arising from your delivery and will not be compensated by payment in any form other than the refund amount paid by you as full and final settlement.

We aim to dispatch orders globally within 48hours. Estimated delivery times are only to be used as a guide and is the estimated duration of time from the date of dispatch onwards.

Any delivery limiting factors that may cause a delay in the overall service will always be communicated and made aware on the website at any time when required.

You must understand and obey with all local applicable regulations of your country of delivery, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our Website. The importation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import regulation of the goods you purchase.

The warranty is reserved and applied to end consumers who have directly purchased products on this website.

Products that are covered by warranty would apply by the rules of the warranty provided with the individual product.

All Rossetti products that are covered by warranty are limited to manufacturer defect. In the event you wish to make a claim within the warranty validity period you may contact us on servicedesk@rossettigroup.com.

We shall promptly respond and request for additional information after which inform you on your warranty eligibility and whether the product is indeed defective. If the claim is successful, our obligation will be at your option:

• To exchange the defective product with the same product purchased.
• To refund the final purchased (discounted purchase if any promotion was used or on sale) price of the item including any delivery charges incurred for standard delivery service to you only after collection of the defective product is made.

We are not responsible for any damages of any nature resulting by improper use that is not in accordance with the care and safety instructions provided, not limited to any unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

Promotional codes will only apply as a percentage discount to only full priced items at order checkout and will not be applied for any items already on sale.

Promotional codes can only be used once unless otherwise stated.

Promotions displayed are not in conjunction with any other promotions available outside this website.

Once a physical stock check is passed and payment authorization for the complete order value is successfully received, a legally binding contract is created and communicated to you by email with your order details.

You are requested to save your order confirmation and Tax invoice in the email received and retain a copy of your transaction records and Merchant policies and rules as proof of purchase.

The contract will only come into effect with ownership passed to you on the day of dispatch of goods.

This contract only applies to purchases made on this website.

There are no penalties for cancelling your contract and can be done so easily through our dedicated returns feature on your registered account or by contacting us on servicedesk@rossettigroup.com together with your order confirmation number as proof of purchase.

As we process your orders in a timely manner you are not able to make any cancellations before receiving your goods.

You may cancel your contract and return any of the items ordered with us at any time within 14 days only after you have received the goods.

The returnable items must be in a saleable condition, unused without any damage to the product and original packaging.

Once in receipt of the goods return, we will credit your refund amount through the original mode of payment of the purchase price less any handling charges incurred within 14 working days.

Where the product is damaged while in possession or during the return, we reserve the right to deduct the amount it costs to rectify the damage from the returnable amount.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims on any Rossetti products other than those purchased from this website.

We reserve the right to cancel our contract with you, informing you in such cases if:

• We have insufficient stock occurrences resulting from payment lags from the time you added your item to confirming payment.
• We do not deliver to your area or city limit. You may see the list of city limits in UAE here.
• Any item in your order was listed incorrectly due to an typing error or price update.
• Force Majeure

If we cancel your contract with us, we will notify you by email immediately and apply to credit your bank account with any funds debited from your credit/debit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any form of compensation in any way and we will not indemnify you in any way and you will hold us harmless from any consequential loss whatsoever.

We have no liability to you to deliver goods, any damages, defective goods, maintaining any of our timely service levels offered on this website or to perform any other obligations that are caused by a Force Majeure event, an external event caused beyond our reasonable control, not limited to any unavoidable event such as strikes, industrial action, system failure, accident, natural occurrences by act of God, acts of government, pandemics etc. Our obligations shall be suspended for as long as this event continues. Such information will always be available and communicated on our notification bar at the top of each page or by email for our subscribers.

Our conditions including our website processes and use, cookie & privacy, delivery/return policies, constitute the whole Agreement to the supply of goods to you by us.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. In the event that you may hold us liable for loss or damage as a result of failure of any provision in this agreement, any disputes shall be governed by the laws in force in Dubai at sole jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
