You may exchange any of your ordered items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Exchangeable  items should be in a saleable condition, unused without any damage to both the product and its original packaging. Please be aware we do not currently accept any returns or refunds.

Once in receipt of the product you wish to exchange, we will give you the opportunity to make your exchange by way of a credit note only available in-store for purchase.

On a rare occasion, If you have received any items that are damaged, incorrect or less than quantity as stated on your order, please contact the Customer Care team within 7 days from date of delivery to ensure we are able to take prompt action.
